Instructors Can Now Message Learners
Already the go-to information resource for trainers, Learning Stream’s instructor module now includes direct student communication. Facilitators can send basic emails to all or any combination of registrants. To keep it simple, instructors can make a few formatting edits.
If you haven’t visited the instructor module lately, here’s a brief rundown of other features:
- Event details Instructors can view basic details for any class assigned to them. They can also review special details posted by the event owner, such as materials required or special instructions.
- Sign-in sheet Instructors can download or print a basic sign-in sheet.
- Attendance Even better, facilitators can skip the paper and mark attendance for each day of a class on their smartphone.
- Grading Instructors can enter test scores and corresponding completion dates for each learner.
- Certificates They can download or print certificates of completion that have been automatically awarded based on pre-determined criteria or any issued by an event owner.
- Evaluation Summary Trainers can view an anonymous summary of survey responses including comments and average scores.
- Continuing Education They can see a read-only list of credits earned for a class.
- Registration Details Instructors can download a spreadsheet that always has the latest registration details for all participants.
